The Consortium for State and Regional Interoperability (CSRI) has a vision that every state in the nation should have an HDU. There is a clear continuum on which all states appear somewhere between no HDU and robust HDU. There is white space (no HDU) and gray space (some HDU, but should be stronger). In partnership with Civitas, CSRI is committed to being a part of the answer to the question: What can be done to fill the gaps? This presentation described the current state and desired future state and described CSRI’s strategy for action.
In this session, CSRI board members discussed CSRI strategies to advance an HDU in every state and previewed CSRI’s new HDU Capability Model as part of that effort.
